Arroz Con Pollo(Chicken And Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pieces chicken
    2 c. Adolphus rice
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender (about 45 minutes).
    Fry rice until golden brown.
    Then add diced onion and tomato sauce.
    Fill pan halfway with chicken broth (approximately 3 cups).
    Then add boiled chicken.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
