Orange Jello Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed (undiluted)
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (with juice)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation

Combine Jell-O, boiling water and orange juice.
Add mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks, along with juice from the pineapple. Pour into mold and set.
Before serving, mix instant pudding with milk.
Whip cream until stands in peaks.
Fold cream into the pudding.
Frost the Jell-O with this and serve.
