Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream-style corn or 1 c. frozen corn
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    6 tsp. whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp. sea salt
    dash of nutmeg
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff but not dry
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix
    together
    corn,
    egg
    yolks, flour and seasonings. Fold whites
    into
    corn\tmixture.
    Melt butter in frying pan. Drop batter by spoonfuls on hot griddle and fry, turning only once. Serve with yogurt or applesauce.
    Serves 4.
