Hamburger Barley Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
6 cups water
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups sliced carrots
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup green pepper
3/4 cup barley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
28 oz. can of tomatoes (3 cups)
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown beef. Add remaining ingredients and simmer till veggies are done. Freeze well. Make 5 qts.
