Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (unsifted)
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. soft butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    glaze
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    With rotary mixer, beat butter and sugar until blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each with a spoon.
    Stir in vanilla, orange peel and zucchini.
    Alternately stir in dry ingredients and milk.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes, then cool on rack.
