Mary'S Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 No. 2 can Crushed Pineapple (2 1/2 C.)
    1/2 oz. Knox Gelatin (2 sm. pkgs.)
    3/4 c. Sugar
    Juice of 1 Lemon or 3 Tbsp. of Realemon Juice
    1 lg. Pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    1 Pint Whipping Cream
    1 c. Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
Preparation
    Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water.
    Combine the pineapple, cheese, lemon juice and sugar.
    Cook (stirring constantly) until cheese dissolves. Add gelatin to the hot mixture and let boil up one time.
    This usually takes about 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
