Chicken Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 c. milk or 1 can milk and 1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 small onion, minced
Preparation
    Combine and mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Turn into a shallow glass casserole, 8 1/2 x 13-inch.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
