Refrigerator Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/3 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 eggs

Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, soda and cream of tartar.
Add melted margarine and eggs.
Knead and shape in rolls.
Roll in waxed paper.
Chill thoroughly.
Slice thin.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
Makes 7 dozen cookies.
