Shrimp And Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cheese
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut cheese in small pieces.
    Melt over hot water.
    Gradually stir in milk, beating until smooth.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour half of the cheese sauce into greased casserole.
    Place half of rice over sauce.
    Cover with shrimp, then remaining rice, then remaining cheese sauce.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
