Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 box graham crackers
2 boxes French vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Bring to boil first 4 ingredients for 1 minute.
Set aside to cool.
Line 13 x 9-inch buttered dish with graham crackers.
Mix pudding with milk until thick.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour this mixture over lined crackers in dish.
Layer this with graham crackers, ending with crackers.
Pour chocolate mixture over top layer of crackers.
Add nuts.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
