Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    6 slices bread, broken in pieces
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Melt butter; pour over bread crumbs. Spread sausage over crumbs.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over sausage and egg mixture.
    Chill in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
