Fruit Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
    1 stack saltines
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 can pie filling (blueberry or cherry)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites.
    Add sugar and cream of tartar and beat until foamy.
    Crush saltines.
    Add vanilla, saltines and pecans.
    I put in oblong pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Put Cool Whip, then fruit on top and refrigerate. Delicious.
