Mild Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, lean
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil until soft.
    Add ground beef and seasoning.
    Stir until meat loses pink color.
    Stir in Worcestershire and tomatoes.
    Mix thoroughly; add rice.
    Yields 5 servings.
