Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Bleu cheese, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. ground sausage
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. fine fresh bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Thoroughly cook ground sausage until brown.
    Remove stems from mushrooms and mince.
    Saute stems and onion in butter.
    Add sausage, parsley, bread crumbs, cheese, lemon juice and salt. Fill caps with mixture and place in shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then broil 3 minutes until delicately browned.
