Turkey Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Shop-Rite all natural young turkey wings
    2 sticks margarine
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. cornbread stuffing
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 16 oz. canned sliced mushrooms
    4 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Rinse wings, place in pot of water and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Remove skin and debone turkey.
    Combine stuffing crumbs and 1 stick of melted butter.
    Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in 1 stick of melted butter.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    In a greased 2 quart baking dish, layer in the following order:
    1/2 the crumbs, turkey, mushroom mix, soup and sour cream mix, cheese and top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
