Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Brown beef in shortening until red disappears; drain drippings.
    Add onions, peppers, tomatoes, ketchup and sauce. Cook until onions and peppers are fairly tender.
    Season to taste. Combine meat mixture with macaroni; pour into casserole dish. Spoon soup over it; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
