Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1/4 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. celery
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
