Chicken Stuffed Filo(Origin: Greek) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box filo dough
    1 cut up broccoli
    1 cut up cauliflower
    2 peeled, cut up carrots
    1 bunch chopped scallions or 1 medium chopped onion
    2 medium cut up zucchini
    2 stalks cut celery
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
    1 lb. butter or oleo
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
    1 whole chicken, boiled, skinned, deboned, cut in bite sized pieces
Preparation
    Pan broil the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and celery. Lightly saute in 1/4 pound butter (oleo) all vegetables, adding zucchini.
    Season to taste.
    Allow to cool to room temperature. Add cottage cheese, Feta and chicken pieces.
    Blend carefully. Season to taste.
