Ingredients

3 c. strawberries, sliced
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 (9-inch) cooked pie crust
1 c. sugar (optional)
1 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix Jell-O, cornstarch and sugar and then add cold water.
Mix well and cook over medium heat.
Keep stirring until thickened and clear.
This is the glaze.
Cool until lukewarm and pour 1/2 into cooked pie crust.
Add sliced strawberries and pour remaining 1/2 glaze on top.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
