Fat Pork Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fat pork, ground
    1 lb. raisins
    1 lb. chopped nuts
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. allspice
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cream fat and sugar; add beaten eggs and all dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Bake in tube pan at 250\u00b0 about 3 hours.
