Lobster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stack packs Ritz crackers, rolled fine
    1 1/2 lb. lobster meat
    3/4 lb. butter
    salt and pepper
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Cut lobster in pieces and mix into cracker crumbs.
    Stir melted butter into mixture.
    Lightly salt and pepper.
    Just before putting in oven, pour milk over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cover for 20 minutes.
    Remove cover last 10 minutes.
