Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork butts
    2 whole stalks celery
    4 c. diced onion
    3 qt. whole tomatoes
    1 handful salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and coarsely chop entire stalks of celery.
    In bottom of Westinghouse electric roaster, spread celery, onions and tomatoes. Put pork butts on top and roast at 350\u00b0 for 4 hours.
