Yellow Summer Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 heaping c. grated squash
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (8-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Beat egg well and add to grated squash.
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Add to squash.
    Mix well.
    Add milk and stir.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
