Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Grate cheese finely.
    Combine cheese, butter and flour with your hands until well mixed.
    Form into 1-inch rolls.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Slice thin and bake on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Start baking at 375\u00b0, but lower to 350\u00b0 and watch carefully as they burn.
