Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. corn bread
3 c. toasted bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup (optional)
1 lb. pan sausage
turkey giblets
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
Preparation

Cover giblets with water; boil until tender.
Remove from broth and cool.
Chop giblets, celery, onions and sausage.
Add to broth and cook until done.
Add more water if needed.
Crumble corn bread and bread crumbs.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl and season to taste using salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Add chopped parsley.
If mixture is too dry, add cream of chicken soup.
Stuff in turkey or bake separately in greased dish at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
