Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
2 whole potatoes
2 small onions
salt
pepper
Preparation

Line an 11 x 13-inch pan with foil; place chops in bottom of pan.
Scrub potatoes; slice over chops. Slice onions and separate into rings over potatoes.
Salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and seal.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4.
