Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces (with or without skin)
    1/3 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. plain bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Pat chicken with paper towels to dry.
    Coat chicken with bread crumb mixture.
    Place chicken, skin side down, in shallow pan. Bake for 35 minutes, uncovered, in a 425\u00b0 oven.
    Turn chicken pieces over and bake 30 minutes more.
