Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. salad oil
    4 scant c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Dump sugar, buttermilk and oil in a bowl.
    In a separate bowl, mix flour, soda and salt.
    Add to first mixture and stir.
    In a separate bowl, stir together eggs, vanilla, juice and nuts; add to main mixture.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour into a greased tube cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Does not need frosting.)
