Ingredients

1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar.
Add eggs, milk, margarine and vanilla.
Mix well and stir in coconut.
Pour into a deep dish 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
