Light 'N Creamy Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pasteurized process cheese spread
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 oz. shredded reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray a 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a 1-quart saucepan, combine cheese spread and milk.
    Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until cheese melts.
