Shake And Drop Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon
    6 c. hominy grits
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    water
Preparation
    In a large
    enough
    pot,
    fry
    bacon crispy, add 2 cups cold water, stirring
    in salt, add grits, then add enough cold water to barely
    cover
    grits.
    Let\tcook
    slowly
    until firm. Serve while hot.
