Italian Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1/3 c. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. minced onion (instant or fresh)
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    dash of pepper
    2 c. cooked shell macaroni
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook meat until it loses its red color and drain.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, onion and water.
    Stir in sugar, garlic salt, oregano, Italian seasoning and pepper.
    Simmer slowly for 30 minutes.
    Combine macaroni and cottage cheese.
