Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, sliced
1 can chili con carne
1 can sliced black olives
2 can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 doz. corn tortillas
Preparation

Saute onion and brown meat, add chili con carne, olives, tomato sauce and 2/3 3/4 cheese in greased casserole.
Put layers of tortillas and meat mixture and with layers of tortillas.
Sprinkle top with cheese and onions.
Bake 3/4 hour at 350\u00b0.
