Rouladen - Beef Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sliced lean beef (round or flank steak)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped raw bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped dill pickle
1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Pound meat slices with steak mallet to 3 x 4-inch. Spread mustard thinly over meat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, pickles, bacon and onions. Roll up; secure with skewers or string. Brown rolls in butter. Place seam side down in roaster with small amount of water. Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Add sour cream before serving.
