Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 lb. washed red potatoes (with skins on), cut into large chunks
1/3 c. cooking oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large plastic bag, mix all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan.
Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Serves 8.
