Mother'S Stacked Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans creamed soup (chicken, celery, mushroom, etc.)
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    flour tortillas
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    small onion (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Combine soup, green chilies and beef.
    Layer tortillas, beef mixture and cheese alternating layers (about 3 layers), ending with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
