Katrina'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced fresh tomatoes
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions (including green top)
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. minced red onions
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
    2 or 3 Tbsp. minced jalapeno peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
    (Also used as dip for taco chips.) Makes about 2 cups.
