Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2- boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1- 12 oz. container cottage cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1- box frozen chopped broccoli, partly thawed
4 eggs
1 1/2 sticks margarine

Preparation

Stir ingredients together real good and pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 in. pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
