Tropical Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. zucchini
8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip.
