Weight Watcher Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Bran Flakes cereal
    1 c. skim milk
    egg substitute to equal 1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. melted diet margarine (4 Tbsp.)
    1 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 tsp. brownulated light brown sugar
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients in large bowl.
    Combine next six ingredients in medium-sized bowl.
    Add flour mixture to cereal all at one time.
    Microwave raisins in water to plump.
    Mix in raisins.
    Divide evenly into 12 muffin cups.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0, or bake in pan and cut in 12 equal parts.
    Can be wrapped individually and frozen.
