Easy Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks oleo
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh apples (coarsely chopped)

Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar and beat some more.
Melt oleo and add to mixture.
Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Fold in apples.
Bake in a 13 x 9-inch greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar, when cooled, to dress it up.
