Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 small onion, thinly sliced
12 to 16 slices American cheese
1 Tbsp. margarine
paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Blend soup, milk, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, cheese and sauce in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Dot with margarine.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake 1 hour.
Remove cover; bake 15 minutes longer.
Serves 6.
