Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. shredded carrots
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Beat eggs; add sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add oil; mix well.
    Add carrots and pineapple.
    Add vanilla.
    Add flour mixture.
    Beat at medium speed 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Pour into a greased and floured bread pan (loaf pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
    Let stand and cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
