Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Add vanilla.
    Add all dry ingredients.
    Spoon 1/2 of batter in tube pan (greased and floured).
    Cover with topping; spoon in rest of batter.
    Cover with remaining topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes (toothpick test).
    Cool completely before removing.
