Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Preparation

The egg may be separated and the egg yolk beaten with the salt, sugar and vanilla or the whole egg may be used.
Add the milk and, if the egg has been separated, the egg white, beaten stiff.
Mix thoroughly and serve.
A sprinkling of nutmeg may top each serving. Makes 1 glass.
