"Healthy" Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (the browner the better)
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    walnuts, raisins (optional; if using, throw in with oil and mix)
Preparation
    Step 1:
    With an electric mixer or fork or potato masher, mash bananas and add applesauce in bowl.
