Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Place dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add shortening.
    Put seal or top on bowl and shake. Add buttermilk. Replace top and shake in clockwise motion.
    Put on pastry sheets and roll to desired thickness.
    Cut out and bake.
    Makes 18 biscuits.
