Cornflake Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fish fillets
2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
cornflake crumbs (about 1 c.)
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Dip and coat fish in oil. Coat with crumbs.
Layer in oiled baking pan.
Bake 10 minutes without turning at 500\u00b0.
