Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1 small can tomato sauce
6 oz. green chilies
2 onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder or fresh
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
cilantro (if desired)
Preparation

Add all the ingredients in a pan and simmer.
Cook until the desired consistency.
Serve as a dip or use as desired.
