Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 to 2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Add flour mixture and the remaining ingredients to the oil, sugar and egg mixture.
    Mix until thoroughly incorporated.
    Pour mixture into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
